As long as you are following God’s plan and you hold God close in all your decisions, He will work through you in a mighty way. His plan for your life if far bigger that what you can imagine.
He never promised an easy road. The road will be full of curves, pot holes, traffic jams, construction zones and storms. He did promise to be your co-pilot. Like your GPS, if you make a mistake and take a wrong turn, He will be there to re-route you back onto your path.
My family decided to drive to Disneyland in December (mistake number one. Lol). We were driving through flagstaff, Arizona in a blizzard. Trucks had jack knifed and cars were on the side of the road. Our kids were hungry and fussy. There was no where to pull over. We had no choice but to keep moving forward.
Sometimes you have to keep moving forward and go through scary storms. Those storms are necessary to get you to where you need to be. The reward for your faithfulness will be on the other side of that storm. Yep, Disney was on the other side and guess what? The kids forgot all about the storm. We were relieved to have made it through and it was worth it. We also learned a valuable lesson and will not make that mistake again.
Trust God to be your GPS. Do not ever turn it off!
